Policies

Beginning in 2016 The John Randall House introduces a “no tipping” policy once you arrive. We have found that tipping is one of those things that vary among travelers and can be one of the most uncomfortable experiences. So to alleviate this dilemma we have added a 2.5% service charge to your room rate as a basic gratuity. This service fee will be passed on in full to our staff. We look forward to welcoming you with open arms.
