Rates are based on occupancy of one or two persons. Each additional person in a room will be accessed an additional charge per night. Rates subject to all local and state taxes and are subject to change without notice.

ARRIVAL & CHECK-OUT: Check in between 2:00PM to 9:00PM. if your travel plans require a later check-in time, please contact us so other arrangements can be made. Check out is 11:00 AM

DEPOSITS: We require a 50% deposit to hold your reservation. Deposits other than credit cards must be received within seven (7) days after you have made your reservation. Reservations made within fourteen (14) days of arrival can only be held by a credit card. For reservations two days or less, the full amount of reservation will be charged to your account. Personal checks are accepted on deposits only. Balance is due upon arrival in form of Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: We will gladly refund your deposit, minus a $35. service charge, as long as we receive cancellation notice at least fifteen (15) days prior to reservation date. Cancellations within fifteen (15) days are subject to no refund unless rebooking of the room occurs for the entire reservation period. (Less the $35. service fee) No refund will be given for a shortened stay after registration. If a Holiday or Special Event reservation is cancelled in less than seven (7) days before scheduled arrival date, or changed after the scheduled arrival date, a charge of two (2) nights will be made plus a charge for the balance of all unrented nights of the entire original reservation. This provision supersedes any lessor provision of any credit card company policy.

SUGGESTED MINIMUM STAY

A minimum stay may be suggested over any weekend during our peak in season (June 20 - September 11) and for certain special events and Holidays. Check with our Office for details.
