Spring - Rates & Reservations

March 1-June 7

Spring is an excellent time to visit when the town is slowly awakening from winter and the flowers are starting to bloom. The town is still quiet and not crowded and the shops and restaurants begin to open for the season.

We are open year-round!

Rates are based on occupancy of one or two persons. Each additional person in a room will be accessed a charge of $20.00 per person per night. Rates subject to all local and state taxes and are subject to change without notice.

SPECIAL NOTES TO OUR GUESTS

ARRIVAL AND CHECK-OUT: Check In time is anytime after 2:00 pm. Should you arrive prior, and your room is available, we will gladly allow you to check in.. Otherwise, we will be happy to store your luggage until your room is ready.

DEPOSITS: We require a 50% deposit to hold your reservations. Deposits other than credit cards must be received within seven (7) days after you have made your reservation. Reservations made within fourteen (14) days of arrival can only be held with a credit card. For reservations two days or less, the full amount of the reservation will be charged to your account. Personal checks are accepted on deposits only. Balance is due upon arrival in the form of Visa, Mastercard, American Express,Travelers Checks or Discover.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:Reservations cancelled at least 15 days prior to date of arrival will be refunded, less a 10% service charge. Cancellations after that time will be given a credit towards future reservations.

We regret that refunds for early checkout cannot be accommodated.

MINIMUM STAYS MAY BE REQUIRED ON HOLIDAY WEEKENDS
